At Ved Bhumi, every crystal, gemstone, and spiritual product is carefully cleansed and energized just for you after you place your order. Due to the personalized and sacred nature of our offerings, we do not accept returns. However, we do offer exchanges and replacements under specific circumstances to ensure your satisfaction and peace of mind.
1. EXCHANGES & REPLACEMENTS
Exchange Window:
Requests for exchanges must be made within 48 hours of delivery. We’re unable to process exchange requests made after this window due to the customized nature of each item.
Condition for Exchange:
Products must be unused, returned in their original packaging, and include all accessories or documentation provided.
Proof Required:
To validate your exchange request, we require photos and a full unboxing video clearly showing the sealed outer packaging and product condition. Without this, we will not be able to process your claim.
Damaged or Incorrect Items:
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 24 to 48 hours at support@vedbhumi.com or via WhatsApp. We’ll arrange a return pickup and send a replacement promptly.
Bracelet Size Exchanges Only:
If the size doesn’t fit despite ordering correctly, you may request a size exchange. A ₹280 shipping charge (for return and reshipment) will apply. Please consult our size guide before placing your order. The exchange/return product will be delivered within 7-8days.
2. ITEMS NOT ELIGIBLE FOR EXCHANGE OR REFUND
We are unable to accept exchanges or issue refunds in the following cases:
- If you change your mind or the item doesn’t meet a personal preference.
- Natural variations in color, shape, or texture of crystals and Rudraksha, which are normal and expected.
- Items that are used, worn, or damaged by the customer.
- Minor packaging damage that does not impact the product’s integrity or usability.
3. ORDER CANCELLATION POLICY
Orders are processed quickly to ensure timely dispatch. If you wish to cancel or modify your order, please contact us immediately. While we do our best to accommodate changes, cancellations cannot be guaranteed once the energizing or shipping process begins.
4. REFUND POLICY
Refunds are provided only in rare and exceptional cases, and are approved at our sole discretion. If approved, the following will be deducted from the refund amount:
- Payment gateway charges (~6%)
- Shipping fees (both forward and return)
- Energizing & processing charges (10%)
Refunds, if approved, will be processed and Credited within 5–7 business days.
5. NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED IN THE FOLLOWING CASES
- Orders lost in transit (a replacement will be sent instead).
- Packages refused or canceled at the time of delivery.
- Returns due to customer unavailability or wrong address. In such cases, customers must bear the re-shipping cost.
- Products returned in used or damaged condition.
- Claims made without an unboxing video.
- Minor packaging damage that does not affect the product’s function or quality.
To avoid delivery issues, ensure your shipping details are correct and someone is available to receive the package.
